- Led FinOps initiative: rightsized Kubernetes workloads, tuned ClickHouse data retention, and reduced metrics/log cardinality.
- Owned the Internal Developer Portal (Backstage-based) end-to-end: onboarded 10+ engineering teams, built and maintained a service catalogue, and integrated GitHub, ArgoCD, and PagerDuty plugins.
- Developed golden-path CI/CD scaffolding templates enabling any team to spin up a new service with full observability, linting, and deployment hooks in under 10 minutes.
- Architected an end-to-end observability data pipeline: instrumented 30+ microservices with OpenTelemetry SDKs, routed telemetry through the OTel Collector, persisted distributed traces and structured logs in ClickHouse, and surfaced insights via Grafana.
- Deployed and operated an ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralised log aggregation.
- Built production Grafana dashboards from scratch for cloud spend, Kubernetes workload cost breakdown, platform utilisation, and SLO/SLA burn-rate monitoring.
- Authored custom Grafana panel and data-source plugins in TypeScript/React to expose fintech-specific KPIs.
