- Built Odin from scratch: microservice architecture (Node.js + Python, Redis Pub/Sub, Docker Compose) with a full NLP pipeline covering sentiment analysis, auto-categorization, and priority scoring. Cut per-message processing from 1.4 min to 0.4s.
- Integrated Meta Business API into a unified real-time inbox (WebSockets + Bull queues), bringing all social handles into one tool used by marketing, customer care, and admin teams with role-specific RBAC.
- Added App Store and Play Store review feeds with device-specific bug tagging. Platform-specific mobile crashes dropped 30% once teams could act on device-level patterns they previously had no visibility into.
- Built the Python chat service at the core of the platform: receives inbound messages, runs sentiment analysis, categorization, and priority scoring, then dispatches bot responses back to agents — each message end-to-end under 0.4s.
- Built the voice AI bot for live inbound banking calls. Started on n8n, switched to LiveKit after n8n’s latency made it unworkable in production. Deployed across Faysal Bank and Bank Alfalah.
- Built the RAG system: users upload PDFs and financial documents to S3; an AI agent answers queries against those documents in real time.
- Built RBAC (Node.js backend, React frontend) and the Meta Business API integration for the multi-channel inbox with WebSockets and Bull queues.
