- Designed retrieval workflows and prompt-engineering strategies to generate grounded, context-aware responses, improving answer relevance and reducing hallucinations.
- Developed a custom RAG evaluation framework across 20 benchmark queries, measuring context relevance, answer faithfulness, answer coverage, retrieval success, and latency; achieved 100% retrieval success.
Network Security Phishing Detection Pipeline
- Built a machine learning-based phishing detection system using Python and Scikit-learn to classify malicious URLs and messages for automated threat identification.
- Developed and containerized a FastAPI inference service using Docker, enabling real-time prediction and scalable deployment.
- Implemented experiment tracking, model versioning, and performance monitoring using MLflow and DagsHub to ensure reproducibility and deployment readiness.
