- Contributed to gittuf, a platform-agnostic Git security system, by redesigning its policy workflow from a two-ref model (policy-staging → policy) to a three-ref model ( policy-index → policy-staging → policy) to enable selective policy staging.
- Introduced PolicyIndexRef to separate working policy changes from staged state, instead of relying solely on PolicyStagingRef matching the latest RSL entry.
- Added a helper to overlay selected policy changes from PolicyIndexRef onto PolicyStagingRef, enabling partial instead of all-or-nothing policy publication.
- Updated tests to validate the new stage/apply semantics and compatibility with the revised workflow.
Inkscape Feature Additions
- Added color support for a pattern in the Open-Source Support Vector Graphics editor Inkscape.
- Ensured background color—not transparency—was selected with the color picker tool.
- Fixed a Windows-specific crash on exporting from .svg to .dxf and added unit tests using pytest.
