- Built a production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform using OpenAI text-embedding-3-small, pgvector hybrid search, PostgreSQL full-text search, and optimized document chunking to enable natural-language querying of regulatory and policy documents.
- Designed Dynamic Contextual Conversation Guide (DCCG) generation using OpenAI models, combining customer profiles, 90-day transaction history, and ML recommendations to generate personalized banker talking points, with PII sanitization and compliance guardrails enforced before every LLM invocation.
- Architected a multi-tenant platform on GCP Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL 17) and Cloud Run, implementing row-level security, enterprise RBAC, Azure AD SSO, and Salesforce Canvas integrations for secure workflow automation and tenant isolation.
Service-Gateway Platform
