The Opportunity
The IT Business Analyst will collaborate with key business stakeholders to carry out technology strategies and find solutions for business needs. This role facilitates business involvement, decision making, and coordination of business resources to deliver and implement high quality projects and prepare business areas for changes. The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business customers, IT teams., Finance teams and Supply Chain teams.
What You’ll Work On
- Facilitate meetings to gather and document business requirements
- Recommend project continuation or changes based on analysis
- Map current vs. future state processes and identify gaps
- Perform business process analysis and define requirements
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams
- Develop process flows and data models
- Develop and review test designs and test cases
- Stay updated on technology trends and make recommendations, accordingly
- Communicate effectively with management
- Support company initiatives and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and company policies
- Perform additional assigned duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience/Training Required
- Minimum 3 years in business analysis
- Experience translating business requirements to technical solutions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of the objectives
- Expertise using MS suite including MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, etc
- Experience writing and reviewing test cases
- Ability to work in matrixed and global environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GMP compliance/Regulatory.

$78,000.00 – $156,000.00
