Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being part of a mission that matters? Daniels Health is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help support hospitals with critical medical waste services.
This is not a desk job—you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day.
What will your job involve?
- Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
- Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.
- Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.
- Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
- Using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.
- Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
- Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
What are we looking for?
- Someone who’s physically fit, comfortable with heavy lifting, and enjoys active, on-the-go work.
- Personal transportation to both work sites.
- A team player who can also work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to paperwork and procedures.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between assigned locations.
- A can-do attitude and previous experience in a labor-intensive or logistics role.
Why work for us?
- Job stability – We’re an essential service in healthcare, recession-proof and always in demand.
- Consistent hours – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Overtime opportunities – We always need extra hands!
- Competitive pay - This role is offering a rate of $21-23 / hr
- Full benefits – Health, vacation, and sick leave from day one.
- Growth potential – We promote from within and invest in our people.
- Mission-driven work – Help reduce needlestick injuries, improve infection control, and protect the environment.
If you're looking for a physically active role where you can make a difference in healthcare every day, we want to hear from you!
