These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Guidewire developer at PwC, you will specialise in developing and customising applications using the Guidewire platform. Guidewire is a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organisations.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the AI Solutions Development team you build and iterate AI-powered features and tools that drive innovation. As an Associate you support senior developers and project leads, engaging in collaborative learning while contributing to impactful AI solutions that enhance client experiences. This role offers a unique chance to deepen your technical skills in a fast-paced environment, where your curiosity and adaptability are key to navigating the evolving landscape of AI technology.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with standard development tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms
• Comfortable working with structured data
• Working knowledge of how LLMs function

What Sets You Apart

• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks preferred
• Familiarity with agentic AI design patterns preferred
• Utilizing vector databases for retrieval tasks
• Basic experience with Python web frameworks preferred
