Acceleration Center - DAT Assurance -AI- Manager

At PwC, we are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our growing team focused on the development, testing, evaluation, and deployment of Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills and are passionate about leveraging AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.

As a Manager, you will lead AI initiatives, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help drive the delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, effectiveness, and scalability of Generative AI applications while supporting the growth and development of team members.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with cutting-edge AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver meaningful business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead the testing, validation, and continuous improvement of Generative AI applications, workflows, and AI-powered solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end evaluation activities for AI products, ensuring high-quality outputs and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to optimize AI solution performance and user experience.
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate defects, risks, limitations, and enhancement opportunities for AI-enabled applications.
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot programs, and validation efforts for new AI capabilities and releases.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members working on AI initiatives.
• Support the design and implementation of evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and best practices for GenAI solutions.
• Analyze model outputs and performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on advancements in Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, and emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into business-oriented recommendations.
• Manage multiple AI initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Software Development, Quality Assurance, or related technical disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects, teams, or technical workstreams.
• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, RAG solutions, or AI-powered applications.
• Experience managing testing, validation, quality assurance, or solution evaluation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive resolution.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and GenAI workflows.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence decision-making across multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise AI implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, cloud technologies, or machine learning frameworks.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or large multinational organizations.
• Relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Data Science, or Project Management.
