About Us
There’s something special about working for a company like Macquarie Telecom. We’re not the biggest in the industry, where you’re just a number. We’re not tiny enough that you’ve never heard of us. We’re in that sweet spot where we’re strong enough to punch above our weight. And we definitely do! Because of this, you have the opportunity to make a difference.
The Opportunity
At Macquarie Telecom, we don't just manage customer accounts—we build lasting partnerships that help Australian businesses succeed.
We're looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to join our Melbourne team, managing a portfolio of existing mid-market corporate customers. This is a relationship-first role where you'll focus on customer retention, strategic account growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll work closely with senior decision-makers, developing trusted relationships across your customer base while identifying opportunities to expand their technology solutions across networking, voice, mobile and cloud services. Supported by industry-leading Solution Architects, Product Specialists and a collaborative sales team, you'll have everything you need to help your customers achieve their business goals.
If you're passionate about technology, love building long-term customer relationships and thrive in a high-performance sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.
