You’ll be part of LendingTree’s insurance B2B sales organization, working alongside motivated sales professionals in a collaborative, high-energy environment. You’ll partner closely with teammates, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners to develop your product knowledge, sharpen your sales skills, and deliver strong results for customers. This is a team that values coaching, candid feedback, shared wins, and a commitment to getting things done.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and finding solutions that create value for customers. And while we work hard, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We celebrate wins, recognize great work (our GSD — Get Stuff Done — Award is a fan favorite), and make time to have some fun along the way.
Come grow with us, make an impact, and help us build what’s next.
We want you to feel supported at work and beyond. Our benefits and programs are designed to help you stay healthy, recharge, plan for the future, and bring your best to whatever matters most to you.
