Join Weploy’s Growing Sales Team as an Account Executive
We've been busy and we're now entering our next phase of growth.
As Account Executive, you'll be at the front line of that growth. If you have a proven track record of driving business growth and thrive on opening doors and winning new clients, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering solutions that make an impact, then Weploy is the place for you.
Who We Are:
We're a tech enabled recruitment agency with a mission to make Recruitment Not Suck.
We specialise in customer service and contact centre talent and partner with some of Australia's biggest brands such as Medibank, Australian Unity and Rebel Sport, and we're known for one thing: getting quality bums on seats, fast. No slow process. No fluff. Just great candidates, placed quickly, and a team that actually gives a damn.
We're growing fast, and we need someone who can help us open doors and win the clients that keep it moving.
What You’ll Do as an Account Executive:
Drive Revenue & Build Relationships
- Use your proven sales experience to identify, target, and secure new clients within Weploy’s ICP.
- Prospect, hunt and identify key stakeholders to talk into the benefits of using Weploy for their recruiting needs.
- Tailor your approach for each client, showcasing a keen ability to understand their unique needs and provide solutions that solve their staffing problems.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor to Mid-Enterprise level clients.
- Own your patch, travelling to build in person relationships with clients across states
- Proactively build your pipeline from the ground up, identifying high-value opportunities and converting them into successful partnerships.
Lead with Expertise
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless alignment between sales efforts and operational delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, using insights to refine your pitch and offer solutions that truly resonate.
Innovate, Adapt & Deliver
- Focus on driving impact across the business in our next phase of growth
- Embrace challenges with a solution-focused mindset, tackling obstacles head-on with creativity and determination.
- Be detail-oriented, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked and every touchpoint with clients is meaningful and impactful.
- Continuously refine and optimise our sales approach to match the pace of our growing, innovative business.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
You've either sold into our world or come from it. You know what it takes to build a pipeline from nothing, and enjoy developing strong relationships. You're commercially sharp, driven, and you'd rather be building something of your own than settling into someone else's patch. Recruitment agency experience is preferred, but we're equally interested in people who've sold into the same world, for example BPOs or contact centre technology and services.
