Account Executive

About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team carrying Dashlane's mission: to deliver the credential security every business and employee needs to thrive. Compromised credentials remain the leading cause of breaches, and Dashlane is moving up-market fast, from password manager to the credential security layer for the modern enterprise. You will drive that expansion by building a proactive, outbound-driven motion that reduces our reliance on inbound leads. This role is designed for a top-performing individual contributor with a track record of success in the commercial or mid-market space who is ready to step up and run larger, more complex deals. You will own deals end to end, from self-sourced first contact through multi-stakeholder consensus to close, while instilling urgency that shortens sales cycles. You will work alongside SDRs, channel partners, solutions engineers, and fellow account executives to capture pipeline across all four revenue streams: inbound, outbound, channel, and SDR. As a trusted voice on our product and the broader cybersecurity stack, you will earn credibility with CISOs and IT leaders and help shape how the sales team wins. This role is based in New York, with travel to industry and channel events.

At Dashlane you will:

• Generate at least 40% of your pipeline through self-directed outbound prospecting of decision-makers
• Map buying organizations, multi-thread across stakeholders, and build consensus to move deals forward as you transition into larger deal sizes
• Consistently execute full-cycle sales processes as a high-performing individual contributor, creating urgency that shortens sales cycles
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, clear opportunity staging, and accurate, predictable forecasts
• Build productive relationships with channel partners to expand deal reach and velocity
• Partner with SDRs and internal teams to capture pipeline across inbound, outbound, channel, and SDR streams
• Master Dashlane's value proposition and the cybersecurity stack, with a focus on credential management
• Represent Dashlane at industry and channel events

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
• Proven track record of quota overachievement and strong performance as an individual contributor.
• Proven ability to proactively prospect, open doors, and self-source pipeline without relying solely on inbound leads.
• Experience leveraging channel partners and SDR teams to expand deal reach and pipeline velocity.

We're Also Looking For:

• Experience or exposure closing complex, multi-stakeholder mid-market deals or enterprise opportunities (a strong plus).
• Methodical approach to pipeline management with a history of clean opportunity staging and accurate forecasting.
• Eager to leverage and integrate modern AI tools and sales engagement technology into daily research, prospecting, and call prep workflows.
• Familiarity with credential management, identity/IAM, or the enterprise cybersecurity stack.
• Creative, persistent approach to prospecting and engaging senior IT and security leaders.
• Collaborative approach with a drive to share best practices and elevate team performance.

What Dashlane offers you:

• Equal Parental leave -  regardless of gender, up to 20 weeks fully paid leave to take care of their new baby, within the first year of birth or adoption
• Mental health services through Spring Health and well-being days
• Mentorship program - select your mentor from our internal pool and continue your learning path!
• Comprehensive health coverage, including dependents
• Unlimited PTO
• Betterment 401(k) retirement plan
• Paid holidays and sick leave
• Donation matching program -  give back to the community and support actions that lead to positive social impact under the historically marginalized communities. Every donation will be matched by Dashlane, up to $500 per year
• Weekly lunch in the office and monthly happy hour
• Team buildings & seasonal social events and many more
