Account Executive

About Incode

Incode is a Series B unicorn ($1.25 B valuation) rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. Incode has been named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification three years running. We’re scaling fast - and EMEA is still wide open for Enterprise Account Executives who want to open new logos and build their territory from the ground up.

The Impact You’ll Make

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Incode, you’ll help the largest companies in the world reduce cyber fraud and enhance identity verification experiences. Be ready to open new enterprise logos and grow the accounts you land. You’re in for a lot of fun!

The B2B Enterprise Account Executive requires outbound prospecting, and a track record of closing new business in the region. We're on the lookout for a team player with a deep drive to sell the products they work on and will be taking ownership of the entire sales pipeline and processes, building your own pipeline from a named-account list covering Europe.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise companies but also understand the hands-on culture of a startup sales organization. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on complex, high-end technical solutions. Experience selling biometrics or AI solutions, nurturing leads and engaging teams across departments (product, tech, business and compliance) are great to have. We are currently focused on several sales verticals such as Financial Services and Fintech, Gaming & Gambling, and Transportation & Mobility, as well as other Digitally Native Businesses; hence, special industry expertise in any of these is highly desired. You can contribute to achieve our sales KPIs with the revenue that you bring to the table and by hitting weekly activity targets, including regular face-to-face meetings with target accounts.

• Travel to industry events and conferences - up to 25%.
• Manage Salesforce data daily with meeting notes, accurate sales funnel update, etc.
• Partner with Customer Success to onboard and expand the accounts you land.
