Restaurant365 is transforming restaurant operations with a cloud-based platform that unifies accounting, back office, workforce management, inventory, payroll, and more. We are looking for an enterprise seller who is motivated by winning the largest and most complex deals in the company—and who can turn that ambition into meaningful customer outcomes.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead high-value sales opportunities with large national restaurant brands and franchise systems. You will engage executive stakeholders, navigate complex buying environments, sell across multiple product lines, displace legacy software, and build the alignment required for systemwide adoption.
This is a strategic, full-cycle role for a seller who creates momentum, builds champions, and confidently pursues meaningful commitments.
Own the full sales cycle from account strategy and pipeline creation through negotiation, close, and transition to implementation.
Pursue seven-figure and other complex opportunities across corporate teams, franchisees, operators, and executive stakeholders.
Build multi-threaded account strategies that create champions and groundswell across the organization.
Sell business outcomes, financial impact, and ROI—not simply features and functions.
Connect multiple R365 product lines into a cohesive enterprise solution and business case.
Challenge the status quo, displace incumbent software, address objections directly, and ask for systemwide mandates when appropriate.
Build relationships across target accounts and the broader restaurant, franchise, and technology ecosystem, including vendor partners who can open doors and accelerate access.
Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and executive leadership to move complex deals forward.
Deliver compelling presentations in boardrooms, executive meetings, onsite sessions, and industry events.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, clear close plans, and strong CRM hygiene.
Shapes how their discipline uses AI, balancing innovation, risk, and data privacy in partnership with stakeholders.
7+ years of success in complex B2B software or SaaS sales; experience closing seven-figure deals strongly preferred.
A proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in an enterprise sales environment.
Experience selling into large, distributed organizations with multiple stakeholders, buying centers, and decision-makers.
Experience with enterprise restaurant brands, franchise systems, multi-unit operators, or similarly complex organizations is highly valued.
Executive presence, strong presentation skills, and the confidence to hold a room with senior decision-makers.
Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to build compelling ROI cases.
Strategic account planning, multi-threading, negotiation, and change-management skills.
Exceptional networking, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
High ownership, initiative, resilience, and resourcefulness. You independently solve problems and do not let internal or external hurdles stop progress.
Technical fluency and comfort using AI and modern sales tools to improve research, preparation, productivity, and customer impact.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM and a disciplined approach to pipeline and forecast management.
Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, large-deal onsite sessions, brand events, and industry conferences.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. ERP, restaurant technology, finance, accounting, workforce management, or multi-unit operations experience is a plus.
