About the role

Kubernetes and cloud spend are two of the fastest-growing line items in enterprise IT, and most companies in France and Southern Europe are still managing both by hand. This role owns that market for Cast AI.

You'll lead the French and Southern European business as a hunter: picking the targets, opening the doors, and building pipeline week in, week out. The product already has proven traction across 2,100+ companies. What this territory needs is someone who turns that into new logos.

EMEA is one of Cast AI's biggest bets right now. The team is growing, leadership is investing, and the people who join now shape how the region is built. You'll work alongside dedicated sales engineers and a sales leader who treats the team like a squad, not a leaderboard.

What'll You Own?

• Build your own pipeline, consistently: outbound pipeline generation every week, ideally every day, is the core of the job
• Own the French and Southern European territory end to end, from picking target accounts to closing
• Run Opportunity Assessments to identify and qualify the accounts worth pursuing
• Lead Value Discovery conversations that connect Cast AI's platform to each prospect's infrastructure and cost challenges
• Demonstrate concrete value to both technical (CTOs, platform and DevOps leaders) and business stakeholders, working hand in hand with Sales Engineering
• Negotiate and close deals with an eye on long-term customer outcomes, not just a signed contract
• Drive Value Delivery with implementation teams and measure results against the business case
• Use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow for research, prospecting, and account planning

What'll You Need?

• Proven experience running full enterprise sales cycles as an Account Executive, from first outreach through close
• A demonstrated track record as a hunter: you've built your own pipeline through outbound rather than relying on inbound
• A track record selling cloud SaaS in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security, DevOps tools, or a closely adjacent space
• Hands-on experience running deals with MEDDIC
• A history of successful negotiation and closing, with genuine focus on customer outcomes
• Comfort using AI tools day to day to research, prioritise, and prepare
• A team-first mindset: you win with the group, not at its expense
• Fluency in French and English
