ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – B2B (German-speaking) Full-time · Hybrid
ABOUT US
At The Global Talent Co., we provide opportunities to work with leading innovative technology companies worldwide, offering stable employment, competitive compensation, career growth, and access to a community of 25,000+ like-minded professionals.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
You'll be joining a fast-scaling, founder-led European B2B company that has been shaping the physical identity of some of Europe's most recognisable brands since 2014. Their premium custom signage products are trusted by global names across retail, hospitality, tech, and luxury — and they're growing fast.
This is a company that takes sales seriously. They invest in their people, their systems, and their processes — and they promote from within. If you're ambitious, results-driven, and looking for a place where your performance genuinely moves the needle, this is it.
THE ROLE
This is a consultative B2B sales role where no two projects are the same. You'll work with business clients across Europe, understanding their brand, their vision, and their space — and translating that into a custom signage solution they'll love. You'll own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close, supported by an expert internal team who handle design and production.
This is a great entry point into B2B sales — the kind of role where attitude and drive matter more than a polished CV. If you love talking to people, enjoy a challenge, and want to build a real career in sales, you'll thrive here.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Close qualified leads and consistently hit your sales targets
Consult with B2B clients across Europe on custom signage projects — understanding their needs, advising on solutions, and guiding them to a decision

Develop your sales craft continuously through training, coaching, and feedback
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A genuine passion for selling — you find energy in conversations, you're not afraid to push for the close, and you take real satisfaction in winning
Some exposure to sales or client-facing work is a plus, but not a dealbreaker — we care more about your drive than your CV
German at native level — this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role
Good English for internal communication
Strong communication and empathy — you can read a client, adapt your approach, and make complex things feel simple
Discipline and structure — you stay on top of your pipeline and follow through consistently
Comfort picking up complex or technical products quickly
WHAT'S ON OFFER
€36,000 base salary per year
Fast advancement opportunities — the company actively invests in growing their sales talent
A product that clients genuinely love, making every sales conversation easier
An international, collaborative team culture — professional but never corporate
