About Neural Concept

Engineering is at an inflection point. The teams defining the next generation of aircraft, electric vehicles, and consumer products are not just designing faster — they are designing fundamentally differently, with AI embedded at the core of their workflows.

Neural Concept builds the Engineering AI platform that makes this possible. We help the world's leading engineering teams accelerate development, improve product outcomes, and scale engineering capacity — turning months of simulation into days, and engineering intuition into data-driven insight.

We work with elite engineering teams in Automotive, Aerospace, High-Tech and Electronics, and advanced manufacturing, where the stakes are high, the complexity is rising, and the pressure to innovate has never been greater. We are changing how engineers work. Come build that future with us.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to develop strategic customers and prospects establishing Engineering AI as a new standard for product development. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from identifying prospects, to advancing opportunities, closing and expanding strategic customers. Working together with a cross-functional team, you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving engineering teams, IT, procurement and senior executives.

What you will do

• Build and execute a territory and account strategy for selected engineering-driven companies.

• Generate new opportunities through targeted prospecting, executive outreach, events and partners.

• Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders in engineering and IT.

• Own the complete sales process from discovery and qualification through negotiation and closing.

• Build executive sponsors across customer organizations.

• Create compelling business cases linked to shorter development cycles, reduced effort and improved product performance.

• Lead commercial proposals, negotiations and procurement processes.

• Coordinate Solution Engineering, Product, Forward Deployed Engineers and leadership around strategic opportunities.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts and disciplined opportunity management.

• Represent Neural Concept at customer meetings, executive briefings and industry events.

Who you are

You are an enterprise seller who combines commercial drive, strategic thinking and enough technical understanding to build credibility with engineering-led customers. You are comfortable creating opportunities in an emerging market, helping customers move from technical interest and pilot projects to enterprise adoption.

Experience and qualifications

• At least five years of successful sales experience in enterprise software.

• Deep understanding of how engineering software adds value to product development in descrete industries (Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, High-Tech and Electronics)

• Broad knowledge of CAE, CAD, PLM, data platforms and cloud infrastructure is an important plus.

• Experience with AI is particularly relevant.

• Confidence selling business transformation and measurable value to senior executives.

• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

• Demonstrated success closing large software agreements and a consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong new-business development skills.

• Strong account planning, qualification, negotiation and forecasting skills.

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish or Italian.

• Willingness to travel regularly.

How you work

• Driven and resilient

• Strategic and consultative

• Technically curious

• Credible at executive level

• Relationship-oriented

• Collaborative and accountable

• Comfortable in a fast-growing scale-up environment

What we offer

• The opportunity to shape a new category at the intersection of AI and engineering.

• A differentiated technology platform with significant customer impact.

• Exposure to leading global engineering and manufacturing companies.

• Meaningful ownership in a rapidly growing international company.

• Competitive compensation with performance-based upside.

• Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

• Strong opportunities for professional development and career progression.

We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you can thrive.
