Account Executive, NCA

Job Context

You’re a closer. You like the chase, you back yourself in a negotiation, and nothing beats getting the signature. AroFlo helps tradies run their businesses better: plumbers, sparkies, HVAC and maintenance crews. They spend less time on paperwork and more time on the tools. Your job is to find those businesses, show them what’s possible, and win them over.

This is a new business role. You’ll run your own demos, build your own pipeline and close your own deals. You’ll have the backing of a well-established product and a team that wants you to win. In return, we’ll hold you to your numbers.

What You’ll Do

• Finding new customers through cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals and industry event
• Running discovery calls that get to the real problem: messy job scheduling, quotes that never get invoiced, cash flow headaches
• Delivering demos that show a business owner what changes for them, not just what the software does
• Taking deals from first chat to signed contract, including negotiating when a competitor’s quote shows up
• Keeping your pipeline and forecast honest in the CRM, so there are no surprises at month end
• Working with Implementation and Account Management so every customer gets off to a good start

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years in a closing role (AE, or a BDR/SDR who’s been carrying their own number), ideally in SaaS or B2B
• A track record you can back up with real numbers: quota attainment, stack rank and win rate
• You’re comfortable picking up the phone and hunting, not just waiting for leads to land
• You can run a demo with confidence and hold your ground on price
• You own your results. When something isn’t working, you come with a plan, not an excuse
• Experience selling to trades or small businesses is a big plus, but not essential
• Driver’s licence, and you’re happy to get out and meet customers
