About Us
Boostlingo is a leading language technology platform powering interpretation and translation services for healthcare, legal, government, and enterprise clients worldwide. Named an Inc. Magazine Best Workplace for four consecutive years, we are a high-growth, mission-driven company at the intersection of language access and AI innovation. Our team operates with urgency, operates with heart, and holds the bar high — for each other and for the people we serve.
What It Means To Be a Boostie
At Boostlingo, we operate through the lens of our four Core Values. These Core Values drive everything we do; from how we approach identifying talent we invite to join the team, to the energy and contributions we bring to our amazing culture, to the decisions we make at both the tactical and strategic level. To be a Boostie means to embody these Core Values every day:
- Positive Vibes: Bring positive energy and a solutions-oriented mindset to every interaction. High performance isn’t just about outputs — it’s about showing up with intentionality, resilience, and the belief that obstacles are problems worth solving.
- Drive Change: Stay curious, challenge assumptions, adapt quickly, and take action even when the path isn’t perfectly clear. Be proactive rather than reactive — and lean into AI as a force multiplier.
- Be Bold, Stay Humble: Growth lives in the tension between confidence and humility — be willing to stretch beyond what’s comfortable, own your development, and invest in the potential of the people around you. Every voice matters, and no one person is bigger than the team.
- Be Inclusive: Create and contribute to an environment where anyone can feel welcomed, supported, respected, and valued. Inclusive teams collaborate better — bring your full self, invest in others, and build the psychological safety that makes shared impact possible.
Why This Role Matters
Boostlingo is growing, and small and mid-sized organizations are a big part of why. More of them are looking for language access, and we want a seller who can meet that demand and win it. You'll join a team of 7 Account Executives and lift how we sell to SMB. And as Boostlingo becomes an AI-first company, you'll be the one showing customers where AI interpreting fits and where a human interpreter is the right call.
The Opportunity
This is a seat with real ownership. You report to the Director of Sales, carry your own territory and quota from day one, and sell next to 7 Account Executives who are already closing. The SMB playbook is still being written, and your results will shape it. You'll be selling language access that healthcare, legal, and government organizations rely on, with AI interpreting now part of the pitch.
What You'll Own (Core Responsibilities)
- Build your own pipeline through regular outbound prospecting: cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. Work inbound SMB leads quickly alongside it.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the value of our interpretation solutions, including AI interpreting, to key decision-makers.
- Run discovery calls and product demonstrations that show the features and benefits of our software.
- Work with the sales team to develop and carry out sales strategies that hit revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close deals, and build long-term customer relationships. Hand off cleanly to onboarding.
- Deliver timely, accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the Director of Sales.
- Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs, and use that to inform product development and market positioning.
Develop new customer accounts in your territory and maximize the opportunities within them. Promote and sell Boostlingo's core suite of products and services, with the goal of meeting and exceedininterpretinterpretinterpretinterpret

- Communicates and presents complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, proactive in finding new business.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Has sold into healthcare and language access, so you know the buyers and the vocabulary.
- Is a high-velocity SMB SaaS rep with a strong outbound and closing rhythm.
- Has sold AI or automation products and can position AI interpreting with confidence.
Process Improvement Skills We're Looking For
- Use AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach, then adjust based on what gets replies.
- Spot where leads stall between outreach, discovery, and demo, and fix the handoff.
- Keep CRM records clean enough that the forecast can be trusted.
- Share what works in calls and demos so the whole SMB team sells better.
