Your Mission

As an Account Executive for the Belgium team, you own the end-to-end sales cycle. You aren't just selling software. • Solution Selling: Use a consultative approach to identify business challenges and align Salesforce AI and Data solutions to customer goals.
• Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers through regular digital engagement and face-to-face meetings, independently identifying decision-makers and influencers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the sales funnel, as well as other teams to structure and close deals, bringing in SEs and cross-functional resources as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Full-Cycle Sales: Proven track record of quota-carrying, tech/SaaS sales experience managing the sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Territory & Account Planning: Create territory and account plans to identify, qualify, and successfully close opportunities.
• Research & Discovery: Uncover prospects' business challenges, processes, and strategic goals.
• Solutioning: Craft value propositions that map to customer needs and demonstrate an understanding of technology solutions.
• Communication: Clear, effective and timely engagement across writing, speech, presentation, and tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Slides).
• Resourcefulness: Drive results using all tools and resources available.
• Team Selling: Align with account teams and partners to support deals and customer success.
• Mindset: Coachable, competitive, and motivated by ambitious goals.
• Language: Fluent in Dutch and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Methodology: Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
• Strategic Alliances: Ability to develop cases and lead strategic partnerships.
• Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Track Record: Consistently meeting or exceeding quota.

What's In It For You

• Personal Wellbeing: Private health insurance, life insurance, a retirement savings plan, and a monthly wellness allowance.
• Flexibility: Flexible time off and leave policies, plus comprehensive parental support programs.
• Career Development: Access to world-class AI and sales training, mentorship, and a clear path for promotion within the global Salesforce ecosystem.
