Our client is a growing digital marketing agency helping local businesses get discovered online and attract more customers. Specializing in Local SEO, AI-powered search optimization, website development, CRM integrations, and paid media, the company helps businesses strengthen their online presence and turn visibility into real growth.
With a close-knit team and a hands-on founder, they combine innovative marketing strategies with a personalized approach to client relationships. As the business continues to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where your contribution will have a direct impact on client success.
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Client Account Manager to become the go-to person for day-to-day client communication and help keep projects running smoothly.
You’ll manage client requests, follow up on ongoing tasks, coordinate with internal specialists, and make sure clients feel supported and their needs don’t get overlooked.
Working closely with the founder and a small team of SEO, development, and paid media specialists, you’ll help maintain strong client relationships across a portfolio of around 20–30 accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently manage priorities in a fast-growing agency.
You don’t need to know everything from day one — what matters most is your ability to learn quickly, stay organized, communicate clearly, and take ownership.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, timely responses, and proactive communication.
Day-to-Day Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for routine client questions, requests, and updates.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal specialists, including SEO, development, and paid media team members, to keep client tasks moving forward.
Follow-Ups & Accountability: Track outstanding requests, follow up on deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive Account Management: Reach out to clients regularly, identify potential concerns, and ensure they feel informed and supported.
Problem-Solving: Handle routine issues independently, make sound decisions, and know when to involve the founder or relevant team members.
Organization & Processes: Keep client communication, tasks, and priorities organized using tools such as GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
Continuous Learning: Learn the agency’s services, workflows, and client needs to become increasingly confident in managing accounts independently.
Around 3 years of experience in account management, client success, customer service, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
A proactive mindset — you take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Reliable follow-through and attention to detail.
Confidence handling client requests, solving problems, and making decisions independently.
A client-first approach and the ability to build positive, lasting relationships.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a growing, evolving environment.
Experience working at a digital marketing agency
Familiarity with Local SEO, website development, paid media, or AI-powered marketing solutions.
Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, or similar CRM and project management tools.
No need to be an expert in every tool or service from day one. A willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the team is what matters most.
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
Working Hours: Aligned with Pacific Time, generally around 8–9 AM to 4–5 PM PT, with some flexibility.
Employment Type: Independent contractor.
Make a Direct Impact: Help build strong client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
Work Closely with the Founder: Collaborate directly with the founder and a small, hands-on team.
Learn & Grow: Gain exposure to SEO, web development, paid media, CRM systems, and AI-powered marketing.
Take Ownership: Have the opportunity to shape how client relationships and day-to-day account management are handled.
Join a Growing Agency: Grow alongside a business that values initiative, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Work Remotely: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote role while collaborating with an international team.
If you’re organized, proactive, and passionate about helping clients succeed, we’d love to hear from you!
