Account Manager

Overview of Position

Are you energized by bringing structure to complex client work, turning data into practical recommendations, and making sure important commitments reach the finish line? Join Assurant as an Account Manager supporting lender-placed insurance clients. You’ll partner closely with experienced Account Executives and teams across Operations, Business Relationship Management, projects, claims, underwriting, customer care, and other areas to keep client priorities visible, organized, and moving forward.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both relationship building and hands-on execution. You’ll lead recurring client conversations, coordinate deliverables, monitor performance, support audits and business reviews, and help resolve concerns before they become recurring problems. You do not need prior lender-placed insurance experience to be successful. We’re looking for someone with strong professional judgment, reliable follow-through, and the ability to learn a complex business while building trusted partnerships.

Ready to bring structure, insight, and dependable follow-through to important client relationships? Apply today and help shape a better client experience across Assurant’s Lending Solutions business!
