Account Manager- New Mexico

Run a regional healthcare business. Change thousands of lives.

Are you a proven operator who wants to own a P&L — not just manage tasks? Do you want your leadership to translate directly into patients getting care they'd otherwise go without? Join United Allergy Services and run your region like it's your own business.

Who we are:

United Allergy Services is the largest allergy care provider in the U.S. We partner with physicians nationwide to bring allergy testing and immunotherapy directly into local clinics — expanding access to millions of patients who would otherwise go without care. We've helped more than 300,000 patients overcome their allergies and earned thousands of 5-star patient reviews along the way. Recently acquired by an ambitious team with deep experience in allergy pharmacy services, telemedicine, and technology, we're growing fast — and we need leaders who can grow with us.

Your future role:

As Regional Operations Manager, you'll own a territory of partnered physician clinics — their performance, their people, and their P&L. You'll train and supervise a team of Clinical Allergy Specialists, build deep relationships with physicians and clinic leadership, recruit top talent, and make the business decisions that drive your region's growth. Your results are measured, your upside is shared through profit share, and your ceiling is set by your own performance. This is general management, not account management.
