Monitoring, Insights & Optimization
- Lead ongoing monitoring to identify timely opportunities, emerging conversations and potential reputational risks.
- Analyze platform and content performance to understand which topics, formats, hooks and creative approaches are driving results.

Client & Team Management
- Serve as the day-to-day digital lead for assigned client workstreams.
- Lead regular client conversations and confidently present recommendations, strategies and performance findings.
