Lease Accounting: Maintain lease schedules and ensure compliance with ASC 842, including proper classification, measurement, and reporting.
Payroll: Partner with HR on payroll processing and commission calculations; review payroll for accuracy, ensure proper recording and accruals in the GL, and support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax and benefits reporting.
Audit & Tax: Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and the external CPA firm; support the annual audit and ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns.
Compliance: Manage multi-state registrations and ongoing compliance filings.
Systems & Controls: Strengthen internal controls and lead ERP selection and migration as the business scales.

Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and bill/payroll tools; ERP experience (NetSuite/Intacct) preferred
Clear communicator, process builder, and results-driven operator.
Programmatic ad revenue or revenue share experience preferred.
