Salary range (but not limited to):
87,200 - 106,600Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. We are seeking a highly skilled, talented and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist in the Finance Claims, IT & Fleet team to join an innovative environment where creativity knows no bound.
As a key member of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in building and executing processes for complex reporting and forecasting activities, as well as supporting decision-making, and driving multiple process enhancements. In this role, your activities will relate to large-scale projects that have impacts on Intact’s Claims department.
We are aiming to find and develop a candidate that will work alongside the Manager leading those activities for the Finance Claims, IT & Fleet team and will be involved in various streams of the projects where the team’s expertise is required.
In your new role, you will act as a key stakeholder to make sure that the team can produce high quality deliverable and assume the expected leadership in these initiatives.
This is a full-time permanent position that can be based in Montreal, Laval, Toronto or St-Hyacinthe.
