ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Accounts Payable team is currently navigating a significant period of transition. With the implementation of Ramp and NetSuite, interim processes and responsibilities have changed considerably, and as a result th team is in need of additional resources to support the team during this transition.
The redistribution of responsibilities has been challenging, contributing to delays in processing payments, recording invoices, and maintaining the level of review and accuracy we expect. As we approach the electoral period, the volume and pace of activity are increasing substantially. We are seeking a full-time, temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to support our financial operations through April 30, 2027.
