Responsibilities:
Part of the Operations Support team ensuring operations availability of host computers and servers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.
Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained.
1st level support for operations software availability and usability.
Follow up and close all adhoc incidents/issues/requests from end users / customers.
Applies revisions to host system firmware and software.
Works with vendors to assist support activities.
Able to perform shift duties.
Able to travel overseas to support overseas requirements.
Any other duties as and when assigned
