At Joko, our mission is to we help consumers save time and money when shopping online or in-store.
Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 120 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 7 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko.
From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts, we've kept expanding our products to make shopping smarter. Today, Joko is an AI shopping app: with Juno, our shopping assistant, users can find the right product at the best price in only a few seconds, with recommendations that get sharper the more they use it.
Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US.
It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!
Growth is one of Joko's most strategic teams — it's where we decide how millions of new users discover Joko every year, and where we make sure every euro of acquisition spend works harder than the last.
The Growth team runs Joko's full acquisition engine, from paid channels (Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, Moloco, and more) to referral loops, CRM, and lifecycle. Paid acquisition is a huge part of that mission — and creative is what wins or loses it. That's why we're doubling down on a creative production engine that operates at the speed and scale the platforms demand.
The team is small, high-density, and moves fast. You'll work directly with our User Acquisition Managers and Claire, at the heart of a team that treats performance creative as a discipline, not an afterthought.
At Joko, paid acquisition is won or lost on creative. Your mission as Growth Creative Intern is to keep our creative machine running: orchestrate every source of content we have, work hand in hand with creators and platforms, and build the tooling and AI-powered workflows that make the whole team dramatically faster.
You'll sit at the heart of our UA engine, feeding channels like Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, and Moloco with a constant flow of high-performing creatives reaching millions of users.
Own the creative supply chain end to end. You coordinate every source of content — internal designers and video editors, freelancers, UGC creators, AI-generated assets — and keep a single source of truth for what's in production, what's live, and what's next. The pipeline never runs dry on your watch.
Turn insights into briefs, and briefs into hits. You brief creators and freelancers with sharp, data-informed directions, grow our network of UGC creators and production partners, and translate what's working across our channels into the next batch of angles to test.
Master the ad platforms. You get hands-on with Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, and Moloco. You stay on top of new ad products, placements, and creative features as platforms ship them, and make sure every asset is adapted and optimized for the surface it runs on.
Lift the team through AI and automation. You build the tools and workflows that make creative production faster (naming conventions, asset libraries, tagging, dashboards), put AI to work across the process (generative image and video, variation at scale, scripting, FR/EN localization), and partner with our EA and automation stack (n8n and connected tools) to remove manual work end to end.
