As an AES Oracle EPM Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership and consistently deliver work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. You will navigate through the firm, building a brand for yourself and opening doors to more opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client requirements to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Supporting client engagement by contributing to project tasks and delivering quality work
- Developing skills and knowledge in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to enhance client solutions
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering value and adapting to diverse client environments
- Engaging in teamwork and communication to foster a collaborative work environment
- Upholding professional and technical standards while adhering to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within diverse environments
- Adapting to fast-paced client-facing roles in advisory services
- Utilizing organizational effectiveness to drive project success
