As an AES SAP RTR FI Senior Manager, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on SAP Finance solutions. You will leverage your skills to drive project success, delivering impactful results for our clients. As a Senior Manager, you will guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level. You will apply your skills and industry knowledge to deliver quality outcomes and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Leading SAP Finance transformation initiatives and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP FI and FICO projects
- Utilizing technical proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable and Central Finance to enhance financial reporting and analytics
- Building and maintaining relationships with business leaders to identify and address financial challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable financial management solutions
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across SAP Finance teams
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving business performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Leveraging SAP FI and SAP FICO for financial transformation projects
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvement
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Central Finance and SAP Reporting and Analytics
- Managing financial risk through strategic questioning and influence
- Excelling in presenting financial reports and storytelling to clients
