This opportunity is built by and for experienced full-desk recruiters. We are a collective of proven professionals who have run their own desks, managed client relationships end-to-end, and understand what it takes to generate revenue.
We are not a traditional agency—and we are not a place to “learn recruiting.” This is a peer-level environment for recruiters who value ownership, flexibility, and independence, while recognizing that collaboration can accelerate growth.
You keep control of your clients, searches, and workflow while gaining access to shared systems, modern recruiting technology, and a trusted network of fellow producers.
As a Senior Recruiter in our network, you will operate your own full desk—business development, client management, and delivery—while having the option to collaborate with other experienced recruiters when it makes sense.
This model is designed for recruiters who are already successful but want to scale smarter, reduce overhead, and avoid working in isolation.
Run a full recruiting desk, including client acquisition, relationship management, and candidate delivery
Own your client relationships and manage searches from intake through placement
Collaborate with other senior recruiters on shared searches, role-splits, or candidate pipelines
Exchange market insights, sourcing strategies, and best practices with peer recruiters
Leverage shared recruiting technology, ATS, and AI-driven tools without building infrastructure alone
Contribute strategically to a growing recruiter network built on trust and performance
True Desk Ownership: You control your clients, candidates, and approach—no hand-holding, no micromanagement
Peer-Level Collaboration: Work with other proven full-desk recruiters, not trainees or junior staff
Scalable Infrastructure: Access enterprise-level recruiting systems, AI tools, and processes without agency overhead
Flexible Independence: Run your business your way while staying connected to a strong professional network
Expanded Earning Potential: Collaborate on larger or more complex searches and unlock shared revenue opportunities
Experienced full-desk agency recruiters
Independent recruiters with a track record of placements
Professionals who can self-manage, self-source, and self-close
Recruiters who value autonomy but see the advantage of collaboration
High performers seeking uncapped earning potential without a traditional agency model
This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 role. Recruiters earn a competitive share of placement fees, paid once client invoices are collected. There are no caps—performance directly drives income.
