Altera Digital Health is seeking a proactive and innovative AI & Automation Analyst to join the Professional Services team. We are seeking an individual with practical experience using modern AI technologies in a professional environment. The successful candidate will help identify, test and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve efficiency, enhance project delivery and support innovation across Professional Services.
As an AI & Automation Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the adoption of AI by helping improve operational efficiency and project delivery. - Act as an additional resource for Professional Services staff, creating “cheat sheets” and documentation to help them adopt automation best practices.
- Track and report on efficiency gains, time savings and other measurable benefits resulting from AI and automation initiatives.
- Assist with project-related administration, reporting and governance activities where required.
