Thoroughly test automations before launch, identify errors or edge cases, and coordinate improvements until workflows operate reliably.
Support internal teams during adoption of new automated tools and processes.
Track the impact of automation by monitoring time savings, error reduction, workflow performance, and other operational improvements.
Maintain appropriate human-in-the-loop safeguards for sensitive HR, financial, customer, and other high-impact communications.
Take ownership of assigned implementation projects, timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
Experience using or strong familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or comparable AI automation tools.
Exceptional organizational and process-mapping skills, with the ability to break complex or inconsistent routines into clear, repeatable digital workflows.
Ability to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and business logic and communicate requirements clearly to technical developers.
Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools and concepts, including advertising, SEO, and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with HR, scheduling, ATS, or workforce management platforms such as BambooHR or similar systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail when testing workflows and identifying exceptions.
Proactive builder mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn new technologies quickly, and turn ideas into working solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet project deadlines, and take ownership with limited supervision.
Interest in AI, automation, operational efficiency, and emerging technology.
A portfolio, project screenshots, or examples of automations you have built can strengthen your application.
