As an AI Developer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

 

• AI Engineer with GenAI and Agentic AI expertise. (Strong programming skills in Python (must-have) and working knowledge of SQL.
  
  - Designing and implementing data pipelines and integration solutions to support efficient data processing and analysis
  - Developing robust data infrastructure and systems to transform raw data into actionable insights
  - Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure Data Factory for scalable data engineering solutions
  - Building and optimizing data models and databases to enhance data quality and accessibility
  - Managing data transformation processes to enable informed decision-making and business growth
  - Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions
  - Applying analytical thinking and critical problem-solving to address complex data challenges
  - Leveraging Apache Airflow and Hadoop for orchestrating and managing data workflows
  - Confirming data security and compliance through database security best practices
  - Mentoring junior team members in data engineering methodologies and tools
  
  What You Must Have
  
  - At least a Bachelor's degree
  - At least 4 years of experience
  - Oral and written proficiency in English required
