### **What You'll Do as an AI Engineer**

* **Build AI Agents**:\
Design and develop AI systems capable of handling complex, real-world tasks over multiple channels, including email, phone, and SMS.
* **Advance AI Reasoning:**\
Improve the decision-making and reasoning capabilities of AI agents to handle complex logistics scenarios effectively.
* **Integrate and Optimize Models:**\
Architect and fine-tune foundational models, integrating them into scalable solutions that address real-world logistics challenges.
* **Develop Evaluation Frameworks:**\
Create robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure and enhance AI agent performance.
* **Collaborate Across Teams:**\
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and logistics experts to translate domain-specific challenges into innovative AI solutions.

### **What We're Looking For**
* **Educational Background:**\
At least a B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Exceptional candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.
* **Experience with AI Systems:**\
Proven track record of building and deploying advanced AI systems, particularly for applications requiring reasoning and multi-step processes.
* **Expertise in Model Optimization:**\
Strong knowledge of fine-tuning and optimizing AI models for real-world performance.
* **Problem-Solving Skills:**\
Ability to integrate various AI models and tools to solve practical, high-impact problems in logistics.
* **Technical Skills:**
* Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
* Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-based AI deployments.
