Buscamos un perfil Data & AI Engineer: una persona con sólida base en ingeniería de datos y con experiencia e interés real en evolucionar hacia IA, modelos y agentes.

Proyectos core de data engineering
Participación en casos de IA, agentes y automatización inteligente
Iniciativas internas de innovación en IA

Trabajamos en proyectos end to end, desde el reto hasta la implementación, con equipos multidisciplinares y tecnología puntera.

Diseñar y mantener pipelines de datos y arquitecturas escalables.
Preparar y estructurar datos para proyectos de IA y modelos avanzados.
Participar en el desarrollo de:
Modelos predictivos
Sistemas basados en IA/LLMs
Agentes y automatizaciones inteligentes (según proyecto).
Colaborar en proyectos internos de innovación en IA.
Integrar soluciones en producción (APIs, pipelines, MLOps).
Trabajar con equipos de data, producto y negocio.
Un perfil que:
Venga de data engineering o machine learning.
Quiera crecer hacia IA aplicada (no solo dashboards o pipelines).
Se motive con proyectos cambiantes y tecnología nueva.
Tenga mentalidad de producto y negocio.
