What You'll Do
•Design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions, including requirement analysis, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
•Develop and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models aligned with business goals, ensuring performance, scalability, and robustness in production environments.
•Lead the engineering and implementation of AI technologies such as computer vision, natural language processing, and large language models within the tire industry.
•Develop AI agents and automation frameworks, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and user experience.
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to convert business needs into technical AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise platforms.
•Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies to drive innovation and improve model lifecycle management.
What We're Looking For
•Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
•Expertise in at least one of the following: machine learning systems, computer vision engineering, natural language processing, or large language model engineering.
•Demonstrated experience delivering at least one full-cycle AI project—from problem definition to production deployment and post‑launch optimization.
•Ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and aligned decision-making.
