AI Outreach Lead

Locations: Dallas, TX or Akron, OH

POSITION SUMMARY:

The AI Outreach Lead is responsible for driving AI adoption and literacy across Signet by leading the AI Champion Network, developing and delivering AI Literacy programs, and overseeing MS Copilot Training and adoption. This manager-level role ensures successful implementation and monitoring of AI initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and digital transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate the AI Champion Network, empowering champions across business units
• Develop, implement, and monitor AI Literacy programs for employees
• Design, deliver, and evaluate MS Copilot Training sessions
• Drive MS Copilot adoption, including implementation, usage monitoring, and feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and support change management
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned; maintain regular attendance

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, or change management
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise productivity tools
• Experience in training design and delivery, preferably in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Copilot
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze adoption metrics and generate actionable insights
• Change management expertise
