As an AI Solution and Agentic Engineer – Senior Associate, you will specialize in finance consulting, providing strategic guidance to optimize financial performance and decision-making for clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations, assessing processes, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Your role will involve guiding clients on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
