Ambition has no passport. That belief is why LemFi exists. We're the financial engine for people the world wasn't built to serve, the millions who move countries to build something better and find the financial system hasn't caught up with them yet. We started with remittances: the money people send home to the people they love. Now we run multi-currency accounts, Savings, eSIMs and Credit. Because staying connected to home and building somewhere new are not two separate things. They never were.
LemFi is the financial engine for people the world wasn't built to serve, processing remittances, multi-currency accounts, credit, savings and eSIMs across more than 21 countries. Our Compliance Operations team is the reason our customers can trust every transaction they send.
As an AML Operations Analyst (Transaction Monitoring & Sanctions) in the Compliance Operations team, you will review transaction screening (sanctions) alerts and transaction monitoring alerts, deciding which payments can safely go through and which need to be stopped or escalated. You will report to the FinCrime Operations Manager and work at the heart of day to day financial crime decisions in a 24/7 operation, balancing regulatory obligations with customer experience.
You will handle both real-time alerts on held payments and post-transaction alerts, covering sanctions, money laundering and fraud risk across LemFi's corridors.
Our Compliance Operations team works collaboratively across Transaction Monitoring & Sanctions, Customer Due Diligence, Fraud, and Investigations. We match candidates to the area that best aligns with their skills and strengths, so you may be placed in a different area from the one you applied for.
