This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Negócios – SAP MM based in Brazil.
We are looking for a Business Analyst specializing in SAP MM to support and improve business processes within a dynamic industrial and manufacturing environment. In this role, you will help ensure the stability and continuous evolution of enterprise systems, addressing user needs and translating business requirements into effective technology solutions. You will act as a functional reference for procurement and tax-related processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on projects and improvement initiatives. From requirements gathering and functional documentation to testing and implementation support, you will contribute throughout the solution lifecycle. Support and maintain business systems by analyzing and resolving incidents, user questions, and service requests.
Participate in projects and multidisciplinary squads focused on continuous improvement of business processes and enterprise systems.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating organizational needs into effective technological solutions.
Serve as a functional reference for procurement and tax-related processes within SAP MM.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process descriptions, and operating procedures.
Plan, coordinate, and execute functional tests and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with business departments, technical teams, and external suppliers to ensure alignment and high-quality project delivery.
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and support the continuous improvement of corporate systems.
Contribute to SAP MM support and implementation projects, helping ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in business analysis, process analysis, or a similar role.
Practical experience with SAP MM and its business processes.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Knowledge of IT best practices and functional support processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Good communication and collaboration skills when working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external suppliers.
Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and contribute effectively to multidisciplinary projects.
Additional skills and experience considered an advantage:
Experience supporting SAP MM systems and participating in SAP implementation or improvement projects.
Knowledge of tax-related processes within SAP MM.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
Ability to prepare and maintain functional documentation.
Knowledge of SAP integrations with satellite systems and other enterprise applications.
Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.
