What will you be doing here?

Buscamos um profissional com perfil analítico e visão de negócio para ser o elo entre o time de analytics e as estratégias de CRM.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Sua missão será transformar grandes volumes de dados em insights acionáveis, validando hipóteses de performance e desenhando táticas que potencializem nossos canais de comunicação e o crescimento do produto da consultoria de beleza na América Latina.

Quais os requisitos?

• Tradução de Dados: Converter resultados técnicos e complexos em propostas práticas para o planejamento de campanhas.
• Validação de Hipóteses: Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na performance do CRM através de análises de dados.
• Interface entre Áreas: Atuar como ponto focal na comunicação entre os times de Negócios e CRM.
• Gestão de Dashboards: Desenvolver relatórios executivos e apresentações de impacto para stakeholders.
• Hard Skills: Domínio de SQL, Python e experiência com Databricks.
• Visualização: Excel avançado e conhecimento em Tableau.
• Background: Experiência prévia em times de Growth ou Analytics, com foco em análise de negócios.
• Conhecimento em Estatística.

Quais os diferenciais?

• Experiência com modelos de Propensão, Clusterização e Recomendação.
• Vivência direta com métricas de engajamento e conversão de CRM (push, e-mail, whatsapp).
