Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operational Excellence and Data Solutions Team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
- Drive broad, structured adoption of approved AI tools — effective use, training, risk awareness, and compliance, not just access.
- Lead colleague enablement and training, and build local advocacy through a network of AI Champions.
- Identify practical AI use cases, reinforce governance standards, and run feedback loops to improve usability.
- Standardise key fields and business definitions across systems (e.g. GCMP, GCEdge, OpenTWINS) and agree ownership of critical data elements.
- Improve local data quality controls and data-entry discipline, and clarify how data is structured in backend systems.
- Support regional analysis and reporting and enable future AI and automation through better data readiness.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Experience driving adoption of new tools or technology, including training and change management.
- Working knowledge of data governance, data quality and management reporting; familiarity with AI/ML tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills; a good team player across levels.
- Well-versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SQL and Power BI/Tableau are a plus.
Why join our team:
- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
