Team Overview
The Data Science and Analytics team develops advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that address complex business problems and enable data-driven decision-making across TransUnion. The team translates business strategy into scalable analytics solutions designed to generate measurable impact. Working in a cross-functional environment, the team partners closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Data Science and Analytics.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Complete well-defined analytical assignments with guidance while building foundational data science and analytics capabilities.
Deliver accurate, reliable, and timely analytical outputs that support business decision-making.
Prepare, analyze, and validate data to support data-driven business initiatives.
Apply statistical and analytical techniques to address business problems and develop actionable insights with guidance.
Support the development and continuous improvement of scalable, repeatable analytical processes while following established coding and data standards.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to understand business context, provide progress updates, raise blockers, and align analytical solutions with organizational goals.
Communicate findings and recommendations through clear documentation and presentations while continuously strengthening technical and analytical capabilities.
