• Meaningful impact from the start: Analyze and manage HW proprietary data analyses, including buyer performance and behavior, valuation trends and observations, process dynamics, pitch activity, etc. and assist in funneling insights to both Sponsor Coverage and HW deal teams in preparation for client meetings
• Diverse projects: Track private equity industry trends and broader macro-economic data to inform HW’s market insights. Leverage Excel and PowerPoint to prepare ad hoc analysis and client-ready materials, including peer comparison analyses, deal history, relationship updates, and qualitative insights in support of client meetings and origination activities.
• Collaborative work environment: Our goal is to unlock value in great businesses, and it starts by unlocking greatness in each other. We value a range of backgrounds and expertise, and we know our work is better when our teams inspire every individual to confidently contribute. In this role, you will collaborate with senior Sponsor Coverage bankers and HW Industry Group bankers to drive highly strategic, targeted, and efficient lead pursuit. You will also partner closely with HW’s data services and technology teams to help optimize and inform development of key reports, as well as ad hoc projects and firm analyses in support of HW firm leadership
• Professional development: Your professional development is our top priority. You will participate in a robust training program designed to build relationships, provide baseline knowledge of M&A, and prepare you for your role in the Sponsor Coverage Group. This initial training is just the beginning of an extensive learning experience.
• Comprehensive compensation and benefits program: Highly competitive compensation, pension, 401(k) matching, and eligibility for performance bonus amongst many other robust benefits.
