Job Description:
This job is responsible for capturing and refining business or system requirements that may involve a software change. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing problems, capturing requirements, creating solutions, solving problems either manually or through software, and providing subject-matter expertise on products to support scope and requirement decisions. Job expectations include collaborating with project stakeholders to analyze and confirm requirements, creating, analyzing, and improving processes and writing user and technical stories.
Job Profile Summary
Generative AI (GenAI) presents an exciting opportunity to derive valuable insights from data and drive revenue growth, efficiencies, and improved business processes. Technology will collaborate with Global Markets Sales Trading, Quantitative Strategies Data Group (QSDG) Platform teams to the design and buildout its global GenAI platform. The platform will cater to a rapidly growing number of use cases that harness the power of GenAI. Both proprietary and open-source Large Language Models, and large structured and un-structured data sets will be leveraged to produce insights for Global Markets and its clients.
Lead analysis and delivery support for technology initiatives, partnering with business and engineering teams to drive execution, governance and outcomes. Oversees planning, tracking and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Responsibilities:
Understands stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem
Supports cost and benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy
Gathers and catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
Identifies the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assists with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design
Assists users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs
Documents processes, procedures and workflows for technology as needed
Analyze incoming use cases to understand business goals, map technical requirements, and identify platform dependencies or capability gaps.
Shepherd tenant teams through the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, ensuring smooth integration with platform services and alignment with best practices.
Review technical workflows—including Python code where needed—to diagnose issues, validate assumptions, and determine when to engage SMEs.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration & operational challenges across data flows, APIs, and platform components to support timely progression toward production release.
Identify and drive process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation opportunities to scale onboarding efficiency and increase transparency for tenant teams.
Required Qualifications
• Business Analysis: Strong ability to evaluate use cases, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable reviewing Python code, understanding data flows, and analyzing API/integration patterns at a functional–technical level.
• Data Literacy: Comfort exploring datasets, understanding schema, and performing basic troubleshooting on data-related issues.
• Project/Delivery Coordination: Ability to track progress, manage timelines, remove blockers, and shepherd teams through platform onboarding stages.
• Structured Communication: Clear, concise communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Generative AI Familiarity: Understanding of LLM concepts, prompt workflows, enterprise GenAI patterns, and responsible AI considerations.
• Product Mindset: Ability to identify platform capability needs, contribute to feature definition, and think about the platform as a product.

• Automation & Tooling: Experience with designing & building lightweight automations, dashboards, or workflow tools to improve scale and transparency.
