As an Anaplan Solution Architect - Senior Associate, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations within organizations by assessing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy, analyzing client needs, and developing financial solutions to optimize performance and improve decision-making.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity. This role involves using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights, and upholding professional and technical standards.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored solutions to optimize financial performance
- Implementing financial systems and process automation to streamline operations and enhance controls
- Designing strategies for financial shared services to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Navigating complex financial scenarios to provide insightful recommendations and support decision-making
- Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their financial needs
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex financial concepts and generate innovative solutions
- Interpreting financial data to inform insights and guide strategic planning
- Upholding professional and technical standards in financial management and strategy
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities
- Collaborating with teams to deliver quality financial consulting services and achieve client goals
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Anaplan
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- At least one of the following: Current pursuit of or an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Demonstrating proficiency in Anaplan implementation and optimization
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting skills effectively
- Excelling in financial data mining and analysis
- Managing complex financial systems and operations
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility
