About the role 

Digitizing and commercializing IP services is one of the fastest-growing opportunities in our industry, and Dennemeyer is at the forefront of that expansion. We are looking for an API Integration Specialist to collaborate with the Head of Software Partnerships and the back-end team. In this role, you will engage with software vendors and enterprise clients to lead discovery sessions, develop integration plans, and translate client needs into effective technical designs. As Dennemeyer’s technical representative, you will enhance our API strategy and foster long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities 

• Design and evolve API services, endpoints, and integration patterns for third-party IP platforms
• Identify and drive new API features and services based on partner needs and market opportunities
• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with clients and vendors
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear API specifications and integration architectures
• Act as technical advisor in client meetings, explaining solutions and guiding integration approaches
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure API implementations
• Create and maintain high-quality API documentation and developer enablement materials

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• + 5 years of experience in API architecture, backend development, or solution architecture
• Strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), API design, and distributed systems
• Experience with microservices, DDD, and modern integration patterns
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to external stakeholders and lead technical discussions
• Fluent in English and German, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
